Clinic

Primary Care Centre

The Primary Care Centre located near Chinook Centre is an appointment-based clinic that does not see patients on a long-term basis. If you reside in southwest Calgary and do not have a family physician, you may call Health Link at 811 for an appointment to see a physician at the Primary Care Centre. Visiting unattached patients are directed to the Patient Web Registry and provided with a list of physicians in our service area who are currently accepting patients.
